Approval Specialists Pty. Limited, trading as Austest Laboratories, has sought legal advice for enforcement of intellectual property rights for breach of trademark by the use of our company name in rival company advertising.

At least 1 company has been identified as using the Austest Laboratories name in Google Ad-Word campaigns in an attempt to draw customers to their website, by advertising their company services when specifically searching for the term Austest Laboratories.  Google have upheld our complaint and removed the offending advertising.

“It’s sad when a company feels the need to piggyback off the success of another”  stated Martin Garwood, Managing Director of Austest Laboratories.  Federal or Supreme Court action will be taken against any company that breaches our trademarks.
