Accredited local and globally accepted wireless product testing and approval services

Wireless

Wireless devices ranging from Wireless Lan (802.11b/g), Bluetooth and Zigbee through to garage door openers and RKE/RFID systems require compliance with the ACMA’s Radiocommunications Low Interference Potential Devices Class Licence. We perform testing for these devices in accordance with the following standards:

  • AS/NZS4268 Short range devices 9kHz – 30MHz
  • AS/NZS4268 Short range devices 25MHz – 25GHz
  • AS/NZS 4771 data transmission equipment operating in the 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands and using spread spectrum modulation techniques
  • AS/NZS 4355: 2006 citizen band radio services operating at frequencies not exceeding 30 MHz
  • RFS29 Short range devices for New Zealand

Austest performs testing to the ACMA’s Radiocommunications (Digital Cordless Communications Devices — DECT Devices) Standard 2007

FCC (Federal Communications Commission)

Austest Labs performs USA RF transmitter testing to FCC Part 15 Subpart C (using ANSI C63.10:2013).

Austest Laboratories is accredited for testing to the following Wireless Standards
