Wireless
Wireless devices ranging from Wireless Lan (802.11b/g), Bluetooth and Zigbee through to garage door openers and RKE/RFID systems require compliance with the ACMA’s Radiocommunications Low Interference Potential Devices Class Licence. We perform testing for these devices in accordance with the following past and present standards:
- AS/NZS4268 Short range devices 9kHz – 30MHz
- AS/NZS4268 Short range devices 25MHz – 25GHz
- AS/NZS 4771 data transmission equipment operating in the 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands and using spread spectrum modulation techniques
- AS/NZS 4355: 2006 citizen band radio services operating at frequencies not exceeding 30 MHz
- RFS29 Short range devices for New Zealand
Austest performs testing to the ACMA’s Radiocommunications (Digital Cordless Communications Devices — DECT Devices) Standard 2007
