Austest has several positions available for an immediate start at our East Brunswick, Melbourne facility for telecommunications and/or electrical safety test technician/engineers, along with a State Manager position for our Victorian office.  We are currently undergoing rapid growth and expansion, and are therefore seeking dynamic individuals who are motivated and ready to grow with the team and expand our test and certification activities in line with our Sydney office.

The positions involve testing to Australian and international product telecommunications (AS/CA standards) and AS/NZS + IEC safety standards .  Some training will be provided, although successful candidates will need to have existing experience in the above mentioned tasks.   A sound knowledge of electrical principals is required, accompanied by either a relevant University degree, TAFE Certificate in electronics, nearing completion of a certificate or relevant industry experience.

The State Manager position requires someone with supervisory or mid level management experience in the testing or approvals related field, salary commensurate with experience.
